Your account

When you create a Star account, we store your name and email address. You can add or update an optional phone number. Your dashboard displays reservations and visits that Star’s staff has linked to your account.

Star accounts are separate from Madani’s accounts. Creating a Star account does not create a paid membership, subscription, or reservation.

How your information is used

We use account details to provide sign-in, account recovery, contact-detail updates, and access to your linked reservation history. Account registration does not enroll you in marketing messages.

Services and security

Supabase provides Star’s account authentication and database. The website is hosted through Sites. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are not stored as readable text. Sign-in uses secure account cookies. The account pages do not collect payment-card details.

Links and reservations

Reservations are arranged by calling the lounge. Directions and social links open third-party services that have their own privacy practices.

Call Star for help accessing, correcting, or requesting removal of your account information.
